| Registered User | Supplement question I am currently bulking. Obviously I will be eating a clean diet of around 3500 cals a day but on top of that i will be taking whey protein, a friend of mine suggested a stack that really worked for him, it includes taking BCAA's, glutamine, and tribulus aswell. my question is even though im taking protein would the other supplements aid me or would they just be overkill??? |

| Advanced Muscle Science Board Rep | i'd stick with your protein, creatine, and BCAAs. Cheap, simple, and effective. |

| Registered User | tribb and glutamine are both relatively cheep, and can only benefit you. i am personally not a big fan of creatine, i dont have anything against it just think its unnecessary. BCAAs, whey protein, and a good multi vitamin should be a staple for everyone no matter what your goals are. your diet will have the greatest impact on your gains period. |
