Help my diet

Ok so i've been told that if im looking to gain weight, that I should post something about my diet.
I've decided that gaining mass is an must for me, so i've decided to ask for your help on what I should be eating..
Just remember I am attending school, so its not like I can eat every 30 min..
I want to gain mass, and put on a good 15 lbs, in about 3 months..
The problem is that I have an extreamly high metabolism, and its not easiest thing to add 5lbs.. lol
I work in a pizza shop, that has several things other then just pizza to eat, so im constantly eating..
Can anybody help me GAIN weight?
Starting with what I should be eating..
BTW, I do workout 3-4 days a week,, and that is ideally where I want to put the calleries at..

Age 17
I am 5'10
150lbs

Thanks

well its suggested that you should eat 18-19 calories per pound of your weight to gain weight. so lets go with 19x150, you should be eating 2900 calories on the daily. possibly even more, maybe even up to 3100 but most people don't eat the right calories.

you could make a weightgainer easily in a cheap blender that you could make and store for later. get stuff like extra virgin olive oil and 2% milk, natural peanut butter, mix that in with some whey protein and thats a good 500-600 calories covered in one shake that u can drink in between meals.

i know how it is to have a high metabolism, it feels like impossible to gain weight, but a main factor that caused a change for me was label reading, i'd look at the nutritonal facts on items and see how much calories that it has in a serving, and made sure it was lean calories. nothing fat like a bigmac where it would have 700 calories but it was unhealthy.

peanut butter and jelly sandwiches do wonder in between meals or a late night snack. they're easy to make and about 400 calories.
