How many carbs are you eating per meal?
Im doign 65. Im thinking of bumping them up to 100 per meal.
*on a side note* Ill be using yellow gold Starting Jan 20th.
I take in about 450-500 g carbs each day. About 50-100 geach meal, depending.
I was eating 500-600 gr/day. 100gr with breakfast/pre/post shake/post workout meal. Then between 40-50 for the other meals 2-3.

Than taper down.
