    Ego lifting


    I do this on bench... I do 4-6 reps and never lift the recommended 8-12.. do you guys ever do this?

    Yeah, I do it... Its hard not to. Watching lots of weight move is fun.

    I have done this before...but then I realized how much muscle I started to gain as I did controlled reps with full range of motion.
    Armed to the teeth.

    well.. i my best weight i lifted was 255x5 @ 205lb. i do 250x5 @ 198lb now. for best mass gain what do you guys suggest for the next 2 months.

    eh, i do all rep ranges, start with 4-6 and work my way up to 15

    bull**** you dont dont as much on 4 reps, i gained m most mas at that rep range...

    i do this as well,can net you gains as long as you also work high reps some days
