i need a hand fellas

Ok i need everyone to stick their brains in and help me come up with a custom bulking diet

Before you grouch at my laziness, i really do need some help...

I want to minimze on two things- dairy, and wheat. Bearing that in mind, im struggling to come up with a decent list of bulking foods/meals. I hope you'll all help me with some variety.

So what i need is everyones suggestions on bulking foods/meals which are high in calories, and which when possible, skirt dairy and wheat.

For protein powder ive got ahold of some egg albumen, and i have some oat milk...aside from that, im all blank.

Thanks in advance!

It is the same as it was 30 years ago and that aint no joke.

Eggs
Meat
Tuna
Oat meal
Natural Peanut Butter
Apples
Brocolli

You can find bodybuilding mags from 30 years ago will say the same thing as the bb mags of today. Our bodies haven't changed too much over the past 30 years.

It isn't sexy but it works if you are willing to put in the time.

Crowler's not often wrong, but things have actually changed, for the better, in the past couple of years.

You could add to his list with what can be found at http://www.healthycheatfoods.com/ and get some variety.

You every thought of bulking without carbs? Look at scivations sub forum for the C.H.A diet. Mark just hit 200lbs and is looking lean.

na i dont want to bulk without carbs...but i read it and will use alot of the fat sources to replace the carbs i cant eat...

Im thinking of doing this..

a meal replacement shake made from-

1/2 cup berries
1 banana
2 scoops of egg protein
2 cups of oat milk
1/2 cup of oats
1/2 am apple

Having three of these per day, and three solid meals for a total coming to close to 4000 calories.

My solid foods will be vegies, a protien source, and either some sweet potatoe or gluten free rice
