Anyone use CKD, or TKD for mass gaining? What were your results? Is it something you would do again, or just stick to a more traditional approach?
I am currently on a 10day break from the gym, and started CKD, at just under maintence. When i get back i am trying to decide if i should resume my normal "bulking" diet, or give CKD A go. I figured in these 10days, it would give my body ample time to see how i felt on no carbs..
Any help would be much appreciated.
