Ya.. i been carbing up since yesterday at around 3pm.. Will continue till about 5pm tonight. Keeping it pretty clean.

Feel fine.. Not lethargic, feel pretty full. But i feel puffy, and bloated sightly.. HOWEVER i feel 10x less bloated then a normal day of my old bulking diet..
