Wrist injury training advice

Im looking for some advice in respect to training with a broken wrist. I was in the process of bulking when the injury occured but now im at a loss as to how i should go about training. With the injury it seems im largely limited in respect to what i can train, shoulders/arms back and chest are being severely neglected and i was wondering if you guys had any suggestions as to how i could go about maintaining or even making gains in these areas despite the limitations the wrist places on the exercises i can do. It is possible that the injury may take a while to heal (issues with non-fusion of the bone-may need surgery) so any help you guys could provide would really be appreciated.
