I'm always trying to lean bulk. Right now the supplements that i am taking are:

Powerfull
CEE
Drive
RPM

I eat 6 meals a day and of course have a protein shake after my workout. My diet is pretty good i'm not to concerned with that. I am about 9% Body fat. I'm 5'10 165lbs I work out 4 times a week, with 60-90 seconds between each set, 3 seconds down 1 second up. My question is what do you guys think would be better for a lean bulk; 20 minutes of HIIT after my weight lifting workout or 30 minutes of low intensity cardio after my workout? Thanks

HIIT for a recomp, but low intensity cardio for a lean bulk.

so if my body fat % was like 12 or 13 it would be better to do HIIT but since i'm already pretty lean i should just do the 30 minutes of low intensity to keep the muscle i have and still loose a little bit of fat. I would like to get to around 7% by spring will doing the low intensity cardio for about 6 months from now allow me to get there?

Personally I would rather cut calories than do low intensity cardio. I opt for HIIT instead for the cardio gains and IMO is a more efficient use of time.
