    putting on some weight


    so im looking to put on weight, my metabolism is rediculous, and my genes are average, creatine/protein doesnt do much on me, pound here and there, what is some sort of a mild supp. or prohormone to help me put on some weight..something like x-mass, but nothing as intense as sostenol 250 or anything...any suggestions?

    You shouldnt go the prohormone yet. Protein and creatine are just dietary aids. You need CALORIES. Eat as much as you can, then eat more. That's the only way youll gain.
