How late do you guys take in complex carbs on a bulk? Do you switch over to mainly veggies in the pm or stick with the complex carbs all day?
my last two meals are normally my veggie meals... but i suppose it would all depend on your body type and goals
so 5 or 6ish is usually my last meal of carbs for the day
It should depend on when you're training and how your body responds to carbs.
