Eating good ?

Woow, i see a lot of guy's eating on a very clean and specific diet here, it's very nice ! Congratulation !

I'm just eating steak or...poultry like a caveman, alway with pasta lol...sometime i put frozen veggies in my pasta. But i'm very not a master in diet...

I'm 180 lbs but i dont stick a lot of carb in my body (hypoglycemia), so i have to eat a lot of glucid, it's the reason why i'm alway eating pasta.

So, i will show you

Breakfeast:
50g whey, 1/2 banana, a lot of peanut butter (like 3 full spoon)

Before i added egg white in it but i heard it's not very safe, especially with the salmonella.

Job collation:
Home made protein bar (approx 25 g protein, with a lot of oat, choc chips, peanut, yogurt etc...)

Dinner:
Crazy steak with pasta (25coin not boil)

Pre-workout:
25 g whey with 30g oats

Post-Workout:
50g whey with 30g oats

Supper:
Crazy steak with pasta lol

Before Bed: same as breakfeast

So, i'm not very good in diet, someone can tell me what that look like ? for sure it's not exactly the same thing every days, depending on my job schedule. but it's a nice global portrait.
