hey im 18...i am used to eating foods high in fat..and eating irregulary....im toned and in good shape but i would like to gain a good amount of weight...any suggestions?

Stop eating irregularly, start figuring out what you do eat and how many calories you take in a day, and add 500 more calories to that as clean calories
