Got my body comp done today, not sure how accurate those hand held jobbies are but I was 13.6% @ 210lbs and 6' 1" tall. In a bulking phase and feel a little chubby, what do you all think?

you're fat:p
on a bulk- that bf% is pretty decent IMO-

Hand-held are not really accurate, but if you are truly at 13.6%, then that is a pretty low BF% for a bulk.
