bulking nightmare

i just cant keep a consistent bulk diet.

My schedule is all over the place (due to my job and other factors), i live with my parents so the shopping list and whats in the cupoard is always chaning, and any bulk diet i plan always goes out the window.

I need some help...fast easy bulk meals i can make at any time with simple ingredients...any advice or tips...would be really welcome!

I'm about

I'm about to give you a lil' secret that'll allow you to eat 5 lbs of chicken breast in a day no problem.

Get yourself a magic bullet. Stick some cooked chicken breast in there w/ mayo, peppers, olive oil, etc and blend it up. Seriously, eating 1-2 lbs of chicken in that feels like nothing.

Weight gainer? Keep some snap ziplock baggies with a scoop or two in your car. Then if you are driving around, you can just stop at the convience store, but a bottle of milk and add the weight gainer.

Make some tuna salad and rice a roni, divide it into a few tupperwares and keep them in the fridge ready to goo. Also have a small insulated lunch bag and ice pack ready in case you need to grab one on the way out for later.

carry these around, plus a box or two of whole grain crackers

I keep these and a bunch of the other similar ones

in the drawer at work. Another good one is this

as its already in a bowl, just add hot water from a water jug machine, or cold water + microwave.

so you got your carbs + protein in something you can keep in a backpack or drawer

thanks guys...once again i fell off my bulk...but i noticed that the only reason i wouldnt eat was because the right foods werent readily available at any time. In a massive family of 7 kids where anythin in the pantry gets consumed in minutes, its gonna be a bit of a struggle keeping the right foods around...but if i have to hide banana's under my pillow ill do it lol. Thanks
