just thought it was intersting... Guys at the gym are always saying they are trying to eat alot to get big and turn it into muscle... Again, just thought it was intersting to know..

yea dont know about the 50-80% of ur weight in pounds for protein intake lol but thats true and i lecture all my mates who claim "get fat n bulk it turns into muscle" its the most stupid thing ive heard lol
 
Yeah... Ill be honest I always thought that too. But when ya think about it, when ya see all those fat asses at the gym working out... a year later why are they still just fat asses? Why arent they huge? I guess its more common sense than anything. I can see your body using your fat to build from, but as for the fat just turning into muscle... thats just silly.
 
I think people get hung up on that whole phrase of turning fat into muscle or muscle turning into fat. When you actually talk to some of these people they understand that it doesn't change from one state into another as much as it's used to mean that you are either trying to get bigger while losing fat or you don't want to lose muscle and gain fat.

I think if your a bodybuilder you should always look like one. Im' not talking about staying single digits all year but hell if your getting up to like 20% and above your just getting to be a fat a$$.
