I'm just trying to get a feel for what people take as far as creatine, and their opinions/results.
Personally, I'm on my 3rd type of creatine.
First, I took Muscle Tech's Cell Tech, a little over a year ago, last summer - and I got some pretty good results. The product is extremely pricey, and it really bloated the crap out of me - but other than that, the results seemed to work.
Second, this past winter, I took CE2 by MRI --- I got nothing. Zero response from this product. In fact, I was stacking with NO2, still - nothing.
Now, I'm currently on BSN's Cell Mass. I'm not sure how I feel about this product yet. I'm stacking it with NO-Xplode, which I agree with the rest of the threads that you must take it on an empty stomach. Anyway, I'm going into my fourth week of the stack, and I'm starting to see some results - but nothing major.
Overall, for me at least, my body reacted to Muscle Tech's product the best. With BSN beginning to take effect, and MRI's product a bust.
What's the best thing out there? I'm tired of trying out different types of creatine - I would rather hit a certain brand for 6 weeks, take about 2 off, and then get back on the same.
What do you guys think? What's your opinion on the creatines out there?
