Bulking

When you reach the goals you have set for yourself or you get to a point where you feel you have added to much bf and you would rather cut down a little before continuing on.

For example you could say you want to go from 180lbs at 10% to 190-195 at no higher than 11-12% bf. Or if you get to 190 and your at 12% and you dont want to keep going until you get back to 10% or lower you can stop. It could also depend on if you plateau (and you dont chnage your bulking routine and instead decide to vear off the bulk.

THeres no set times for bulking and time limits for bulking its personal preference determined by your goals

Ya I cut down to an 8 pack before I started bulking. I wieghed 152 or 3 lbs. Im at 161 or 2 ish. I've been bulking for 2 1/2 wks.
 
I do bulking cycles of 12 weeks and put on as much mass as possible, I am a dirty bulker, so I really don't care about putting on fat because by the time I need to cut my maintenance calories are so high I can still eat ice cream and lose weight, not that I do but you get my point lol.:pizza:
