EAT, SLEEP, LIFT - eat lots, and not salads for dinner non sense eating, I mean steak and potatoes and good **** like that.

Shake - Custom
1 scoop protein
1 cup oats
2-3 cups 1% milk (or skim)
Whole wheat PB & J all day at least 3 id say(or bagels)
Eggs will be your best friend and chicken will be your favorite.
The food list is endles for a bulk especially for an ecto like you. Just don't over stuff. Eat to your limit and agin withing 3-4 hours.
