Two things:
1. Too much whey; use more whole food sources
2. No vegetables

alright thanks Rodja. the only reason there is so much whey is that it is just more affordable right now for me as I am a full-time college student, and athlete. Also isn't a potato a vegetable or am i wrong? too me fish are vegetables with gills, and I have a lot of tuna.

As am I, but using one primary source of protein is a bad idea. I shoot for 5 different proteins throughout the day with the majority coming from egg, whey, casein, turkey, and beef/tuna. None of these are expensive and take little time to prepare.

too much whey will have your colon upset at you the next day. I've tried a diet like this, and over 100g from whey is to much. Tuna in a can is decent, and I completely understand your college situation.
