I came onto this site not knowing much, and i still have a lot to learn but anyways, Someone gave the the advice of 2g of protein for every one pound of your weight. So i have been doing that for the last 3 weeks and i went from 170 to 185lbs in 3 weeks!!! Just have to eat like crazy and make sure it has a ton of protein in it. I can't go more then an hour with out being hungry again. I am hitting the gym 5 days a week now instead of 3, but when it come to cutting again i am going to have to lower the intake. So if your looking to bulk up fast here is the advise i have for you:
2g of Protein for every 1 pound of your weight
3-4 Protein shakes a day (if they say a scoop make it a scoop and a half)
EAT EAT EAT (healty) 4-5 meals a day.

I goal is 200lbs so just 15 more pounds to go and then just to hold it.

For newbie gains or athletes recovering from an injury I have seen it done before. Deffinatley not the norm, but it is possible.

yeah, i know.. but again, its a little extreme. I see a lot of people under the mentality that they're hard gainers cause they don't add 10lbs a month and thus eat like ectos to make up for it, only to add bodyfat on.

Not to worried about the body fat cause i do landscapeing all day 8 to 12 hour days in the sun sweating, so its really hard for me to gain thats why i am excited that i finally am. :woohoo:

I used to get too caught up in the scale myself and guess what. That fat slowly piled on and before I knew it my ripped abs were a little soft. Then when cut time came for spring or competition...I had to diet my ass off. I would rather gain 2-3 lean pounds a month then gain 10 pounds with half of it being fat gain. (Assuming no chemical help). I'm going to start incorporating gaining and hardening phases. Gain 5-6 pounds then tighten the diet for a couple weeks and lose a couple pounds.

The only way I make gains is too be on th see food diet. I have too get a little fat or my gains stop when I try to lean bulk. I can loose the extra fat easy.
