Iíve been bulking know for 8 or 9 weeks .I was at 222 LBS and Iím 240 lbs as of yesterday. My question is when do I start to cut, Iím not bodybuilding just training for football, Iíd like to be 215 and cut by March April. .What is the next steps as far as diets and training go .I want to keep as much mass as possible.
My training is 2 on 1 off cycle .On off days I just started 20 minís cardio and abs.
My diets is like this
1 .shake, multi vitamin,2 psc whole grain toast with PB/honey
2 .shake, 1 can tuna, whole wheat bread, apple banana.
3. Usually chicken, greens, apple
4. Shake, 1 can tuna, whole wheat bread, apple, banana
5. What ever the wife cooks
6. Shake, and some carbs of some sort
Supplements are leutor 70, nox explode, vulti vit with green vegetable additives.
So my stats are 32 years old, 5í-10Ē 240 lbs bf about 24% I think.
So basically Iím lost as far as getting done to a cut 215 lbs. So I would like to hear all comments as far as training ,supps ,food etc

You are relying too much on shakes for your nutrients. Never a good thing.
I would say hit up Bobo, he's accepting new clients nowadays, and from the reviews, more than worth the loot.

Are you doing any cardio currently? Add that, reduce your cals by 10% and you start yo lose a good deal of fat. Add supps only when you have hit a plateau for an extended period of time.

What kind of cardio - HIIT or moderate intensity? HIIT would be more sport specific and burns calories for a longer period of time.Originally Posted by CRAZY LEGS

Essentially for cardio, you vary the speed during your cardio. For example, do a 3 minute warm-up at 4MPH, then alternate between 10 MPH for 30 seconds and 4MPH for 90 seconds. Do this 10 times, then take some time to cool down.

Personally I would start doing the same workouts you will be doing in football practice. If they are like most School football training you will lose PLENTY and your entire goal is to play football so kill two birds with one stone.

I understand now Rodja. i will be doing core training football drills in about 6 or 8 weeks .It pretty cold here in canada(hahah not really).Now how do i go about cutting 10% of my cals what should it take out .Will this still let build musle?
