Wondering what everyone is talking about? Here's some answers:

Please post any others that you think need to be added.

PWO = post work-out

ecto = ectomorph (a body type)
meso = mesomorph
endo = endomorph

RMR = Resting Metabolic Rate

BMR = Basal Metabolic Rate

LBM = Lean Body Mass

EPOC - excess postexercise oxygen consumption

P/C/F = Protein / Carbohidrates / Fat

40/50/10 = these random numbers mean the same thing as P/C/F but not always in that order

Carbs = Carbohidrates

2g/lb = 2 grams per pound

Macros = Macronutrient Ratio

GI = Glycemic Index (High = carbs released into blood stream quickly. Low = carbs released into blood stream slowly)

CHO = carbohydrate

GH = growth hormone

1g fat = 9 calories

8 ounces = 1 cup
12 ounces = 1 pound
16 tablespoons = 1 cup
1 gallon = 16 cups
