    Hows this for a bulk?


    Aight i am 6'3, 240 lb. 21 years old. about 10% bf.( i can c 4 abs out of 6) ok im not gonna lay out my diet becuause it takes too long but it is mainly lean beef, chicken, tuna, egg whites, protein shakes for protein. Oatmeal, pasta, brown rice, dextrose, for carbs. Fat is from walnuts and flax oil. I am mainly concerned about this ratio. Is this good for a bulk? here it is:

    Protein/carbs/fat= 452/400/86

    What do you think?

    Actually that is a pretty darn good layout bro. That is ~4250 calories which is a good lean bulk diet for your size and for you to keep the fat that low at your size is good. Make sure to keep those carbs low gi and you will be fine man.

    Hi, How do you keep your protein high and your fat intake so low, I mean i like to snack on peanuts. Thus, cannot keep fat intake low.
