Please delete this if I'm not supposed to link to other forums. Anyways, I thought this was pretty interesting, and I think that it may help out some ectos or ectomeso's like me that just don't have the time to stuff clean food down every 2 hours. I'm not saying that I cheat all day, but I'm not so OCD about eating "nonclean" foods as long as my calories are met and my protein requirements are met. I also supplement my diet with a multi-vitamin, fish and/or flax oil, vitamin C, Mg0, Zinc, and B12. Its been working great, and I've only gained a little sodium bloat.
Again, the goal is not to eat cheat meals all day, but to not be so OCD about not eating carbs, fats, or whatever. Its kind of a compromise.
