PW training and meal structure?

Question -

I finish training around 630, slam my pw shake of virtago, multi, and whey and then usually cant get home until it's about 5-10 minutes before I crash (wake up at 4am)......what would you do in the case? Have a carb/pro meal right before bed? Stick with pro/fats?

Shake? Meal? Maybe I need to switch my pw shake to a meal and then have a shake before bed? Trying to REALLY limit fat gain during this lean bulk...thanks bros!
