  1. processed chicken patties

Well Im out of natural chicken, so right now im eating processed chicken patties. They are trans fat free. Is it ok to eat these on a semi-regular basis, I am bulking after all. Thanks for all help.

processed food often contains low quality meat, a lot of flavors or monosodium glutamate, and salt.
plus, you might get a lot of not identifiable
    chicken parts like tendons etc.

I would not eat processed food on a regulart basis, but once in a while won't harm you.
it's better to stay away from it though.

    Nicely put bro!

Spatch...there are some premade turkey/chicken burgers that are made with minimal preservatives and made with whole meat. Those are always a little more pricey though
