I need to get a new meal plan that gives me a list of foods I can pick from everday which nutrition facts so I can put to gether a 4,000+ calorie intake everday, can anyone help please?
There are a lot of intelligent posters here to learn from and a lot of informative theads already, both in this section and in the fat loss section. Maybe I misunderstood you, but a full personalized nutrition plan is a lot to ask for.
