That's all well and good, and it might turn out to be something close to that, but this chart you have doesn't account for the differences between an increase in muscle mass and an increase in fat mass. Also, calories are different from eachother, so things might be different based on your macros (things like mixing fats and carbs, insulin responses and such). All I'm saying is that it is a little more complex than what your chart suggests. When I "cleaned up" my diet, stopped mixing fats and carbs and following some other "rules" I started dropping weight even though I didn't decrease calories (I dropped about ten pounds of fat). A pound per week is a realistic goal, to be sure. Some of this mass will be fat and some will be muscle (even keeping bf% constant). However, these two substances are very different things. | |

| MN Head Rep | Yeah, well I got my personal trainer and he did my whole diet, and all those rules are applied For example, I eat fat and carbs pre wo, EAA BCAA during, and protein post etc..... | Registered User | This thread has gone on a long time! When I bulk I never cardio and can maintain 10% BF or less. When I cut it is 3x intense and 2x low. |
