| Registered User | Just as long as you get your heart rate in the fat burning zone. Oh, and use cardio after your workout when your body is already in a fat burning mode. Twice A week is better than nothing at all. IT's not for everyone. IT's also proven that weights moderate intensity does work better for fat loss, due to prolonged metabolic response for day even after your last workout. that |

| Registered User | I actually do cardio 6 days a week. I am doing a modified westside lifting routine somewhat close to Beezle's (check his log). I do weights on M-W-F, and I will walk 3.0 mph, slight incline for 15-20 min. after weights. Tues. and Thursday I will do 30 min. on an elliptical cross trainer at moderate intensity. Sat. or Sunday (depending on when I have done legs last) I will do interval sprinting, something like 10 mph at a 9% incline. |
