How do you guys measure your rice cooked?

I make a large batch of rice about twice a week. So naturally I'll have to measure it cooked every time I take from the pot.

I know water adds weight. What's the best way to measure calories?

Cheers

Thank you.

Although that works with uncooked rice. It doesn't take into account the extra volume added by water in cooked

The weight of cooked rice will always be different depending on how long it cooks for, and the amount you make at once. I always measure out 4 cups dry and cook it. Then when its done cooking I'll separate it into 4 equal servings (or 8 depending on my carb intake)
