Dudes!! I'm wanting to get much bigger, I weigh 165 and I'm 5"6. I am cut and have size but like all builders, I WANT MORE!!!! Is really appreciate the help. If someone could give me an example of something I would eat in a day that would be super coolio!

500-800 kcal above maintenance would do.

Shouldn't have to layout a days worth of food for you.

Try 3000 cal/day.
250-330 grams of protein/day
40%ish of Cals is protein
1.5-2grams protein/lb of body weight
40% carbs- get higher nutrient rich carbs
Fruits and veggies a must
And good fats@ 20% of your diet.
Try this for a week see how you feel. Should gain 1-1.5 lbs a month on natural supplements.
Do 2 eggs 1/2 cup oatmeal 1/4 almonds 1/4 raisins
Fruit protein shake 2 hrs later.
Lunch 6 oz meat carbs and veggies for lunch with balsamic vinaigrette or something with it.
A good carb balanced meal pre workout

Post workout meal 2ns most important meal. 4:1 carbs to protein. Dinner equal balance meal get those carbs.
Before bed eat 4-6 eggs mostly whites but yolks are good too for days and cholesterol.
Plenty of water and creatine a must.
For dinner try alternating steaks and fish so your getting lots of needed nutrients.
2 veggies or fruits x3 meals a day to really get all you need from foods.
I've gained good weight doing that.
Destroy legs to get those hormones pumping!
