I'm talking about natty.

Is 1lbm/month good? Not calculating water retention, fat etc.. just rock solid muscle.
I'm in the middle of my second year of serious lifting.
Last year I was gaining the same.. 1lbm/month

That's definitely good sir, especially if it's sticking with the same bf% It can be a slippery slope but keep up the good work!

Maybe once you start out, but it's hard to consistently, month over month, to gain 1lb

Do you think I could improve that? Natty?
In a perfect world, sure. On paper, you can probably gain ~2 lbs of muscle per month . This would come from perfect training and a diet with a perfect surplus. Not realistic.

You're doing a solid job if you can maintain adding 1 lb of lean mass per month, while limiting fat gains.

id say there is a possibility using UD2/body opus/anabolic diet but itll take you a yr just to learn how to it perfectly. how far up the supplement chain do you consider natty?
