Hey I was wondering what the best diet is that you guys have gone with for gaining muscle and losing fat. Macros and calories are appreciated
Carbs <30 grams Sun-Fri
Saturday 200-300 grams. Protein 200+

^^ This. Also, gaining muscle = caloric surplus. Losing fat = caloric deficit. Decide which goal you want to pursue and go from there.

I like going 70-100g of carbs for sustained periods of time. Sometimes, every two weeks , slight carb ups at that point.
