Clean bulk diet - would you give it try?

bulk diet

1) oat meal 1 cup, egg white 1.5 cup

2) 30g whey, medium banana,1 cup skim milk

3) brown rice 2 cup, chicken breast 6 oz

4)60g whey,1 cup skim milk

5)2 cup brown rice, ground beef 6 oz

6) cottage cheese 1 cup, 30 g whey

Forgot to add 1.25 cup of almonds through the day


Just not before or after work out

I just like them and it was what i found easiest for me to eat everday. I mean i can switch them out for other stuff but i liked eating these food.

I honestly just make sure I get in my proteins and fats and the rest of my macros I will fill in with anything from ice cream to cereal. IIFYM :)
