My goal is to go from 215 to 240-260. I do use PED's FYI. I want to be lean. Here's an idea of what I look like (posting next).
What do u guys recommend as far as intake. I have a fast metabolism and don't need to do much cardio to stay lean.
Here is an example of an average day... My calorie goal is 4,250 ED. The chart only goes up to 3,500 FYI..
