My bulking calories are around 3600 and after tracking my macros and daily intake I've realised I'm around 500Kcal short per day.
I've taken to adding 40g of groundnut oil to my breakfast and mid-morning shake to increase the calorie content (considered peanut butter but not keen on the taste).
Anyone else do this?
