I am embarking on a clean bulk. This will

Be my first time on an actual diet ever instead of just eating as much protein as possible and such. My maintenance cals is 2700 so I'm aiming for 3200 calories per day to stay lean. I'm new at this diet planning thing so can you guys help me out

how unkowledgable are you? no ones gonna spoon feed ya here man. what's your normal diet aside from "lots of protein"

If your maintenance cals are truly 2700 I would start at about 200 surplus i.e., 2900. 3200 may not keep you as lean as you hope

I've been jucing to help get a ton of PURE calories from whole foods. You kinda have to eat / drink more because your body will actually burn the fuel so well. but yeah whole foods are the way to go.
