HELP NEEDED. 16YR OLD LOOKING TO MAKE SOLID GAINS DIET HELP!!!!!!

HEY GUYS HOW ARE YOU DOING?
(IM NEW TO THIS SO PLEASE FORGIVE ME)



I AM A COLLEGE STUDENT IN THE UK. I GO TO THE GYM TO WORKOUT 4/5DAYS A WEEK. I GOT COLLEGE 3 DAYS A WEEK. I PLAY SOCCER TWICE A WEEK FOR 2 HOURS
I WEIGH (70KG)54POUNDS. 16% bodyfat

how is my diet like?

breakfast weatabix nutrigrain and coffee
snack chicken and fruit
lunch pasta and some fruit and nuts
snack chicken sandwich
gym
protein shake (usn anabolic)

7/8oclock: brown rice or protein shake
this diet is 3000 cals
178 protein

anything alse i should eat?

Post your current diet. Are you on campus and do you have a meal plan through the school?

College campus food and High School food are pretty brutal....State and federal guide lines dont help!
Try to post what you eat and what is offered on campus. It may not be the cleaniest food that they offer, but some things are better then nothing.

And I just noticed the UK in your first post. I'm sure the standards are different in the UK.
last meal, I would still intake some protein of some sort along with the carbs.
