Review my diet please!

I'm bulking for the winter at about 3000 cal

Height: 6'1
Weight: 188
Bf: 13%

I'm cycling finaflex 1-Andro right now at 4 capsules a day along with regular sups multi vitamin, fish oil, calcium etc

Diet looks like this:

Meal 1: 8 egg whites 2 whole eggs, 1 cup oatmeal, 2 tbl spoon natural pb

Meal 2: 12oz chicken breast, 1 cup oatmeal, 2 tablespoon pb

Meal 3: same as meal 2

I only eat 3 times a day cause I'm busy with multiple jobs, school, etc

Any advice or critique?

Veges? Fruit? Red meat (iron; most multi-Vs don't include iron) etc. etc.

Doesn't seem to add up to 3000kcals

For one that comes to around 2250calorie if your doing 1 cup of uncooked oatmeal and 12 oz of "cooked"chicken.Might want to we think/do this one buddy.

3000calories=30pro/50cho/15fatmeal 1
30pro/30cho/10fat
30-40pro/50-80cho/5fat pre/post
then 3 more at 30/30/15
and bedtime 30/15(fiber)/10fat right around 3000cals
