Any advice welcome chaps!

I am 33 years, 5ft 8.5" tall, 78kg and BF 10%. I'm currently lean bulking at around 3500 cals per day. Carbs 350-380g, pro 250-300g, fats 75-100g. The scales sometimes don't appear to move but I am looking bigger and BF is going down. Is it worth bumping my calorie intake up?
By the way I train 6 days per work. Ii so low intensity cardio 4 times per week after weights and HIIT 2 per week.
