I started out weighing 117. I gained a solid 20lbs switching between that and Cytogainer. However, my metabolism was super fast then I NEEDED the calories to gain.

Protein cookies1 scoop myofusion
1 tablespoon natty pb
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup oats
1 banana
Delish 650 cals and tastes focking good!

1.5 cup protein
1 jar almond butter
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup baking chocolate
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 tsp baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 teaspoon mint
1 egg
Bake for 8 min
Or don't add the egg and eat as is

1 scoop protein powder
16oz milk
4 eggs
4 teaspoons lecithin granules
2 ounces safflower oil with 5 ounces water or 6 ounces heavy cream
Capful of vanilla extract

No I just crack them into the blender like a champ! Lol never had any problems, although it probably isnt the safest thing to do. It's a 2 serving shake.25 min in the oven and u gota weight gainer bar!
Do u heat the eggs up?
At Fry's or whichever your home store is.Nice but where do u get steel cut oats FTP
