ok this is my first time trying to get on a good diet im trying to put some size on for the next three months. Im 5' 10" 165 pounds and my job is pretty demanding im always on my feet. I used one of the bmi calculators and came up with a bmi of around 2900 cal so im looking at 3400 cal to gain some size. My question is what would a good ratio of carb/protein/fat would be a good place to start? Iv tried making a few different diets but they end up not looking to well in the end I end up lacking in one area or another. Any advice would be appreciated
40/40/20 just increase cals.
