Getting in 3000 calories is a very hard task for me at times, and I am just curious as to what is more important:
getting enough protein vs getting enough calories
To try to keep my muscles fed, I bought Casein, and I started to drink that right before I go to bed, and of course Whey within 45 minutes after my workout.
If I had to list all the nutrients my body needs, which would get priority?
