I know guys dietary fat is not making me fat. I don't mind if the milk is whole or toned or even double toned. I have tendency to put on fat very easily that is why I am so concerned about lactose (i don't consume any other kind of sugar except post workout - dextrose). I have mentioned low fat milk because it is cheaper and I am consuming milk only for protein!
Drink it all day and try to get a full gallon in. Quit that wussy skim milk **** and drink at least 2% or whole milk.
