depends on how long you've been training. Rodja is usually pretty on with his info. 25lbs I'd agree around a year, you could do it faster, but it won't be very quality, and unlikely to stick.
Obviously you can bulk to 180lbs in quite a small amount of time, but depending on what you want that 25lbs mass to be, depends on how quickley you put on that mass.
Take it slow. 25lbs in a year means you want an approximate increase of .5lbs per week.
