I fall under the meso category. I gain weight and muscle fast. Currently I weigh 220lbs at 5'11 and I have a belly and legs that I really want to tone BUT my problem is that I want to gain size at the same time (which I have been doing). Everything I eat goes straight to my legs and stomach. Should I continue to balance my weight lifting with cardio? If so, how much cardio? And how much carbs/calories should I be taking in? Protein I know should be my body weight in grams. Any suggestions?
