So I have decided to try and build my arms up a bit, and went out and bought a barbell which came with 2x 2.5kg, 2x 5kg and 2x 7.5 kg weights. I have heard about people tearing and injuring themselves by jumping right in at the deep end.. I would appreciate it very much, if any of you experienced lifters out there can give me some advice on how to get started properly; like how many sets and reps I should do and what weight I should use to begin? I am 5'9 and 95 kg if that helps
