I'm 19 and was a little overweight now I'm 16.4% body fat and weigh 184.3 pounds. I did insanity and insanity asylum and lost the weight to get to 184.3. I'm 6'1 and trying to bulk up without gaining body fat. I've been lifting for a couple months but it doesn't seem like much is happening. I was taking a fat burner because I have a little excess weight in my lower abs, but have stopped last week because I felt it was making me lose weight and not be able to bulk. I take a pre-work out supplement and protein shake after work out. I'm not sure what I should be doing. People keep telling me to take more supplements like weight gainers. Any suggestions?
