Easy quinoa for bulk

Ou will need:

60 g quinoa
3 tablespoons natural maple syrup
3table spoon low sodium soy sauc
120g water

Mix all together in pot.

When finished cooking ( cook like rice). Add cumin (to taste) sriracha and a little cinnamon

Low fat complete protein grain for a bulk with a sweet ass recipe

Don't forget to take your recompadrol pre meal :)
