    Meal Replacement Recomendations?


    I'm constantly on the move whether I'm working 12 hours a day 7 days a week or something else. I have very little time to prepare meals in advance and when it comes to working 3rd shift I can't order anything with any nutritional value during lunch/break. Anybody have any recommendations for meal replacement bars or shakes?

    Scivation has a new one. I think it's a gainer but just mix in a regular scoop of whey with it. Otherwise making your own is easy.
